HomeStar Professionals are all insured and trusted to deliver excellent home services to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our service partners, and if you are not 100% satisfied with their performance, we promise to come back and do the job correctly. The following is just a snapshot of the check-list we use when hiring new service technicians:
Prior to hiring a service provider, we conduct a basic background check, including criminal history, credit history, past employment verification, and the national sex offender database.
To cut back on miscommunications, we verify and maintain updated contact information for all of our service partners.
Each of our service technicians must hold both local and state licenses to operate prior to partnering with HomeStar.
Experience is key to delivering great home services. We only hire professionals who have at least three years of experience in the home services industry.
After booking your appointment, simply follow the steps and enter your credit card information. Payment will not be collected until your service is completed. We accept all major credit cards.
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before its scheduled time. If you must cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a fee.
